commonly available system software. Our code is developed for
Solaris and Linux environments and is written in Perl, so it is easily
maintained by your in house programmers or our well trained consultants.
Our software can be purchased or leased, depending on the needs of your
organization. In addition, you may purchase a support contract to ensure
low cost access to our expert technical consultants.
Should I license or buy?
Rights and responsibilities differ between licensing and purchasing, so
you can choose the option that works best for your organization. Licensing
is less expensive and qualifies you for reduced pricing on upgrades, but
does not permit any modification to the software. Purchasing, on the
other hand, gives you full control over our open source software to
modify as you please, but does not qualify you for technical support if you
do.
No matter which way you go, you can take advantage of our maintenance
contracts. Maintenance contracts guarantee answers to your questions,
configuration modifications, and much more. In addition, if you choose
to have Custom Interactive consultants perform modifications to
our software, we will continue to include those modifications in upgrades
to our software for you!
